Shipping Policy

At Perfectly Perform, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We serve hundreds of customers per day and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery period consists of two periods:

Processing time:
Within 1-3 business days after your order, it will be checked, approved and packed. Your package will then be prepared for transport.

Delivery time:
Once the package has been picked up by our shipping company, it will be processed for transport as soon as possible.

  • Netherlands: 3-14 working days
  • Belgium: 3-14 working days

Please note that during our Summer Sale there are more orders and this may result in slight delays.

*All shipping times exclude customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, additional delays may occur.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer our customers free shipping worldwide. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to the package.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order with this number directly on our website.

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in several partial shipments.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING?
It can take up to 5 business days for the location to be updated. We ask for your patience. If the tracking does not give any information, please contact us!
